Our signature offering, the Intensive Trauma Retreat, takes place over 2 to 3 consecutive days of deep processing. Work happens over several days, so we can get more done sooner instead of spreading it over weeks, months, or years. Intensives are held in person in Orlando, Florida.
Rather than spreading the work across months of weekly sessions, an intensive gives you focused, uninterrupted time, rooted in the same trauma-focused philosophy as all of our care. Care is offered by secure telehealth in Florida, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC, and in person in Orlando, Florida.
