Psychiatric Medication Management · Telehealth
When medication is indicated — and only when it is truly indicated — it is prescribed thoughtfully, collaboratively, and at the lowest effective level.

Medication is one part of a broader, individualized plan that may also include psychotherapy and lifestyle medicine. We decide together whether it belongs in your care, and when.
Medication management visits are longer than the typical quick follow-up, so your appointments are about you as a whole person, not just a prescription. Care is offered by secure telehealth in Florida, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC, and in person in Orlando, Florida.
We work with adolescents, adults, and older adults. Medication management may be a fit if you are:
Young people who need a careful look at whether medication belongs in the plan.
Adults reviewing a current medication or deciding whether medication is right for them.
Older adults who want a prescriber who understands the full picture of their health.
You do not need to leave your current provider. With your consent, we coordinate with your team.
We get to know your history, strengths, challenges, and goals.
If medication is indicated, we talk through the options together and start at the lowest effective level.
Follow-up visits include brief psychotherapy, and we adjust course together as your needs change.
How well you tolerate a medication often depends on how your body metabolizes it, which is largely genetic. As part of medication management, we offer GeneSight® testing, a simple at-home cheek swab that helps guide medication and dosing decisions from day one.
Every journey here begins with a free, no-pressure 15-minute call to talk about your needs and whether we are a good fit. No commitment required.
