Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy · Telehealth
This is not talk therapy — this is deep work, and it is for everyone.

Deep, trauma-focused work is at the heart of everything we do. This root-level psychotherapy is grounded in the neurobiology of trauma, somatic theory, Polyvagal Theory, attachment theory, and a dual-pathway framework that recognizes event trauma and attachment wounds as different in nature, each with its own treatment pathway.
For discrete events such as accidents, assaults, or loss, we use a modified, precision-focused approach. Learn about modified EMDR. For relational injuries formed in early caregiving, we use DNMS (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy), an ego-based parts therapy, along with somatic work. Care is offered by secure telehealth in Florida, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC, and in person in Orlando, Florida.
We work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, including people who are carrying:
Young people working through overwhelming experiences or relational wounds, at a pace that respects their nervous system.
Adults living with the effects of trauma, anxiety, or depression who want to understand the roots, not just the symptoms.
Older adults ready to revisit long-held experiences with care and support.
Whether your pain comes from a single event or from early relationships, there is a pathway designed for it.
We take time to understand your history, strengths, challenges, and goals.
Together we identify whether event trauma, attachment wounds, or both are at work, and choose the pathway that fits.
Sessions are paced with care: knowing when to regulate, when to process, and when to stabilize.
Every journey here begins with a free, no-pressure 15-minute call to talk about what you are looking for. No commitment required.
